Hi, I’m Josh. Owner & Loan Officer at PGS Home Loans. I started PGS Home Loans in 2005 with the goal of making home ownership not only possible, but fun and easy! I love helping clients purchase homes but I’m passionate about educating our clients on long term goals and big-picture life planning.

Kristal is a Loan Coordinator and works alongside Josh on every file that comes into the office, from application to loan funded. Kristal has worn many hats in the mortgage business and brings years of experience to our team. She thrives on supporting our clients and partners throughout the loan process.

Taylor is a Loan Coordinator and works alongside Josh on every file that comes into the office, from application to loan funded. Taylor joined PGS in 2018 and brings an expert eye and friendly voice to the loan application process. He is our loan program and pricing expert and will help structure a loan tailored to fit your goals.

Riley is a Loan Officer Assistant and has been with PGS since 2019. He is our team’s preapproval & file set up expert, ensuring that each client meets program requirements before they begin the official loan process.

Marissa is our Loan Processor and without her, none of this would be possible! She brings years of experience and her knowledge of the mortgage industry, process and loan guidelines is unrivaled. She ensures that all of our loans go through as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

Megan joined PGS in 2023 as our marketing manager and oversees all post-close client communication, the PGS digital presence and manages our realtor partnerships. Through traditional marketing, in-person events, and social media, Megan supports PGS by building and maintaining external relationships.
